Return Policy
- If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery, please raise a return request through email or WhatsApp along with
- pictures and a video showing the problem with the item.
- Copy of Order ID or Invoice/bill.
- The items must not be worn or used before returning. If item has been worn, no refund will be made.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days for all items from the date of delivery.
- Returns shall be made by courier. The cost and responsibility of sending returned items by courier will be borne by the customer.
- Refund requests will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the return item.
- Refunds cannot be paid in cash and can only be processed via Bank Transfer or Jazz Cash or Easypaisa.
- Our Return policy is not applicable to custom orders, and such orders can only be handled through exchange policy.
- International Orders cannot be returned.
