Exchange Policy
- Change of mind is acceptable and items can be exchanged.
- For exchange, please raise an exchange request through email or WhatsApp along with
- pictures and a video of item being exchanged.
- Copy of Order ID or Invoice/bill.
- The items must not be worn or used before returning. If item has been worn, no exchange will be made.
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days for all items from the date of delivery.
- Exchange shall be done by courier. The cost and responsibility of sending returned items by courier and receiving the new item will be borne by the customer.
- Exchange requests will be processed within 3 working days of receiving the returned item.
- A 15% processing fee will be charged on each exchange.
- Refunds cannot be paid in cash and can only be processed via Bank Transfer or Jazz Cash or Easypaisa.
- International Orders or items bought on sale cannot be exchanged at the moment.
